Can I be your SharePoint Reseller ?
Absolutely yes. You can be our Reseller by just registering any of our SharePoint Plans. We will give you a Master, Anonymous, White-Labelled Control Panel and you can create multiple control panels to each of your clients.
Can I brand your Control Panel ?
Yes, you can put your own company logo on our Control Panel. In fact, our Control Panel is anonymous and your clients will never ever find out that you are actually reselling our service.
How many control panels do I get ?
You will get 1 (ONE) "Master" Control Panel and you can give separate Control Panel access to each of your clients. Take an example of our Enterprise SharePoint Hosting Plan. This plan allows you to have 15 different control panel access and you will be maintaining 1 "Master" Control Panel
Do you provide Anonymous NameServer details ?
Yes, our nameserver details are anonymous and it will never ever reveal our identity to your clients.
Can I deploy my own WebParts to your server ?
Yes, as long as your webparts do not cause any problems to our server, you are more than welcome to bring any interesting webparts to be added onto the server/websites. Our Support Team will need to check the webparts prior to the deployment just to make sure that they do not interrupt/impact our existing systems. 99% external webparts are approved by our Support Team and your webparts will be next !
If I am an existing client, can I upgrade to your SharePoint Foundation 2010 Hosting Plan ?
Yes, you can upgrade your hosting plan to our SharePoint 2010 Foundation Hosting Plan, however we will not help you with regards to the SharePoint 2007 or WSS 3 transition to SharePoint 2010 Hosting Platform. In other words, we cannot help you to upgrade and migrate your existing SharePoint site to SharePoint Foundation 2010 Platform. The reason for this is simply because we do not deal with our customer data directly as it is against our company privacy policy. We apologise if it causes any inconvinience to you.
If I am your new client, can you help me to migrate my existing SharePoint to your SharePoint Foundation 2010 Hosting Platform ?
No, we will not help you with regards to the SharePoint 2007 or WSS 3 transition to SharePoint 2010 Hosting Platform. We will only setup a new SharePoint Foundation 2010 site for you on our server. In other words, we cannot help you to upgrade and migrate your existing SharePoint site to SharePoint Foundation 2010 Platform. The reason for this is simply because we do not deal with our customer data directly as it is against our company privacy policy. We apologise if it causes any inconvinience to you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account later on ?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account "in place" any time you like (unless you upgrade to a dedicated server, in which case your account has to be moved to the new server).
Can I start with a 3-months payment and change it later on ?
Yes, you can switch to a 6-months, 12-months, or 24-months pre-payment any time you like and get the corresponding discount

How long does it take to get my new account ?
We usually set up new accounts within a few minutes or hours, and always within 24 hours. It all depends on whether you have fully settled all the required hosting fees.
